Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should usually arrive within 3-4 Days of your order being placed. A confirmation email will be sent upon your order being despatched and if the order has been sent via a courier, tracking information will be included enabling you to track the progress of your order online.
Please note that there is a cut-off at 3pm for next working day delivery, due to courier limitations.
After 3pm, we offer an Express Delivery service, goods ordered will be delivered within 2 working days (e.g. order at 4pm on Monday, receive your shipment on Wednesday at latest).

In the event that one or more items on your order are out of stock or currently unavailable, then we may send items separately so we don't delay your order. We'll then either send the out of stock products when they come back in, or in the rare event that the product is being discontinued, issue a full refund. If this occurs you will be notified by email or post.
We do not provide tracking for Royal Mail deliveries.
Please note: in the event that you are unable to receive your delivery, our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location.
